Good steamer for the price

I got this a few dollars cheaper at Target. Easy to set up, easy to use. The nozzle has a hook on the back so it can hang on the end of the over the door hook while you're taking down one garment and hanging up another. It didn't save me time on my work clothes, but they came out looking a lot better than with an iron. It saves me a LOT of time with casual clothes, though. I read a lot of reviews here about this and other steamers so I was prepared for different problems (holding the nozzle so that the condensation goes back down into the nozzle instead of on my hands, not over-filling, be careful not to steam my fingers, making sure the garment is hanging high so I don't get burned) and it worked out fine.

I recommend this for steamer for household use. It's a good product.

Very Good Value

Consider this product in the context of it being under $50 bucks! I would say it works about 80% as well as going to a dry cleaner and it paid for itself immediately because the shirts and pants I steamed on the first day would have cost much more at a dry cleaner. Based on that, what's to complain about?

Works perfect.

Came on time and works as described. Really convenient. A lot easier than using an iron, especially for college kids like me. Worth the $30

It is okay!

This is the second steamer that I bought. This one was cheaper and it is not as good as the more expensive model but it is okay. It does the job but it takes longer than the other one because it does not give off the same amount of steam.

It does everything it is supposed to do and if time is not an issue, I recommend it.

Other steamers are soooooo much better

I've used a lot of good steamers--this is not one of them.
1) Takes forever to heat up
2) Spits water
3) No place to put nozzle (get one with a vertical pole)
4) Hose too short
5) Calcifies after 1 use and no easy way to clean it.
I'm returning mine and getting a better one. You get what you pay for.
